Issue with Switchless region mod on Megadrive model 1

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

Issue with Switchless region mod on Megadrive model 1

Hi, I've recently installed the switchless region & in-game reset mod from consolesunleashed on my Megadrive PAL but I got a strange problem. It worked correctly last week right after installation, I was able to switch regions correctly. I tried with Sonic 2 original cartridge PAL version. Now it doesn't switch regions anymore. I am able to cycle through different regions by pushing the reset button but there isn't any change, the game stays on PAL 50Hz. Do you know any reason for this? I am really stuck ? thanks!
