My ps3 won't read discs anymore. Any suggestions?

[Released: 2006] The PS3 was the first console to use Blu-ray Disc as its primary storage medium. In September 2009 the updated PlayStation 3 Slim, was released. A further refined Super Slim design was also released.

My ps3 won't read discs anymore. Any suggestions?

When I put in a disc, all I hear are three clicks and then it stops. No game works anymore. Its a newer model ps3 with The sliding lid.
