Can you help me excavate this games name stuck in my memory?

So I remember going to the arcade and absolutely loving these two games.
1st one is a fighting game which featured a dog/Cerberus and the first guy you fight is a boxer in Vegas. Moving forward you eventually fight a red version of the dog .... That's all I remember from this game.
2nd one is a game that you play as a monkey/gorilla and spits bubblegum or something like that.
I've had no luck at all over the years trying to find the titles. Hopefully some old school folks here can help out. Thanks
