Will a HDMI converter fix my Dreamcast problems

[Released: 1998] Born out of Sega's darkest hour to decide whether the company stays in the hardware business. Even though it didn't officially last long in the US, it was continued selling in Japan and spawned some great 2D Japanese shooters.

I have 3 HD TVs. One of them only displays specific games through composite, the other one shows all games but it's in back and white and the third plays them fine. If I get a composite to HDMI converter will they all play on HD TVs?
