Light Phaser off center

My light phaser work perfectly with Safari Hunt, Missal Defense 3D, and Wanted, but for some reason when I play Gangster Town, it shoots a little to the right and up for some reason. I’ve tired to adjust the TV’s brightness and contrast, but no luck. Any idea on what is causing this, and how to alleviate it?
