Anyway to start on Disc 2 for games like RE2/GT2 with no disc change options

Hi all, yesterday I updated my PS Classic with ERIS, I had been using an old hack from way back when the console was first released. I'm looking for a way to force a disc change or start on a different disc.
Games like Resident Evil 2 and Gran Turismo 2 has 2 discs and you get a different game depending on what disc you load. Neither of these games have a disc change menu to my knowledge and if I press the open button it says I can't change the disc now.
