Rgb mod help

I'm new to nes sytems but I plan to do a rgb mod. The problem is that I don't have a rgb tv to output to. I have a crt with an s video and component hook up. I found this adapter. I plan on routing from the 8 pin din to scart, then from scart to that adapter. Will that adapter allow me to get that crisp rgb signal I'm chasing on my crt?
