What is going wrong?

I just got the PSC and tried to put Autobleem on it. I'm using the 0.8.5 Christmas version and a 8 GB Flash drive formatted to FAT32 but no matter what I do the default menu appears. The first time I forgot to unplug the power to the console before inserting the flash drive if that helps, I know there has to be power coming to the drive because its lights are on. Please HELP!
