I need help, possibly bricked my PSC

Hey guys, I couldn't remember which bleemsync I had installed so I followed this tutorial https://youtu.be/SF8eGyplJto and I tried the bleemsync 1.0 uninstallation. Now when I plug my PSC in to use it, it does 1 of 2 things. It will either flash orange on the power button every 8 seconds or it will flash red 1 time when you plug it in and then the power light will stay off. Regardless of either thing that happens, it will not boot and show any display or audio now. I have no idea what to do next but I was really hoping I could get this console running soon because I was going to mod it and give it to a family member as a birthday gift in 2 weeks.
