Having trouble with a game please help

I didn't know where else to ask this as I've tried looking every where's can someone please help me I'm trying to add the game Dragon Ball: Shenron no Nazo to my Famicom Mini. What happens is the game will start but the graphics are messed up terribly however I've tried both Dragon Power and Retroarch on the PC plays and the game plays fine.
I tried to see about doing Dual Boot just to see if the booting to the Shonen version would get the game to work but I can not find the files any where's the link that was on here appears to no longer work so now I have to figure it out this way...
Those who may not know Dragon Power is the US version of the game heavily altered of all the Dragon Ball content.
