NA vs EU versions of Golden Axe Warrior

I always thought the EU version of Golden Axe Warrior would have several languages on the back of the box like many other Master System games, but when I finally started looking it seems to be only in English and the exact same text as copies for sale by US sellers on ebay. Is it possible that these sellers in the US have EU versions of the game and are accidentally pricing it at the NA version price? Or was this one of the cases where the packaging of the NA and EU version was exactly the same, and they just slapped new barcodes onto those sold in NA? I'm just wondering if there are any known differences between the packaging of the NA and EU versions of this game.
