Model2 model3 in coinops next2 not workimg

Downloaded next 2 standalone and arcade pack. The sega model2 and model3 will not launch. When I try to launch a game the screen goes black and you can see the emulator launch in the background. Then it goes back to the game list screen. I have a gtx1030 video card so that shouldn't be the issue.
