(Update) Did Konami release extra turbopads for the mini?

I reached out to Konami to see if they had any intention to sell the black turbopads. They responded that at this time there is no intention but they will be "forwarding my email to the appropriate department for further consideration."
So it's a no, however if more people show interest... who knows.
