When you power on you hear the HDD spin up and then stop, nothing else. When the problem first started it would turn on and even boot to menu, play movies, etc. before randomly turning off.
I tried booting to safe mode but it does the same thing.
The unit is located in the open on the mantle near my TV, with space for ventilation. We do have dogs in the home but the mantle is ~4ft off the ground.
Any suggestions on possible issue? I checked the FAQ page and the "read this" page from the posting guidelines but neither page exists any longer.
