[3DS/SWITCH] Friend Code Generator.

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

Hello There!

Today i bring you a 3ds and Switch Friend code generation tool.
Codes are not checked.

This may become useful in the future, if someone wants to mass add people and want a base to get started, or just anything. Whenever this is useful, this will be available.

Why am I updating this 2 years later?
I was bored and decided to pretty much rewrite the entire code. Gave me something to do.
