Need help with rom dumping

Sorry if this isn’t too related, but this was the subreddit that most likely could help me. I’ve extracted the bin and vew files from smash 4, and tried to combine them into the rom. This worked for gb, but when I used nes, and even snes, no luck. Does anyone know how to combine them properly?
