Fractured Soul - DS version?

I searched, and could not find a rom for this unreleased version of the game. Does it even exist? Should we try to convince the developer to give us the rom? I know this is a wish cast down into an abyss. Endgame Studios, I hope you see this. Bless us with the DS version of Fractured Soul I pray to thee.
