My Pokémon Gold is losing saves but it’s not because of the battery

[Released: 1998] As suggested by the name, features a color screen. It is slightly thicker and taller than the Game Boy Pocket, which is a redesigned Game Boy released in 1996. As with the original Game Boy, it has an 8-bit processor and the custom Zilog Z80 central processing unit.

My Pokémon Gold is losing saves but it’s not because of the battery

Post by /gbColor »

Hey, I was hoping you all could help me.
I have been playing Gold and after sometime I’ll launch the game and it will not be corrupted, it will just have no “Continue Gameâ€￾ option. Only New Game. Once happened after I bumped it the other was random.
Should it be this sensitive? I’m playing on a GBA SP if that matters. Cart is really and battery is new.
Any advice?
