Music Cutting Out on TG-16 Mini...

My daughter really loves playing Bonk. The PC-Genshin one. But there's a weird audio problem that sometimes happens, where the music will sort of just dip down to nothing or close to nothing. I'm using a 5V/2A power adapter on the TG-16 Mini, and like I said, it doesn't always happen.
Any ideas of what it could be?
