I accidentally changed the language to Japanese on my new Tg-16 Mini and cant change it back

This is the stupidest f-ing thing , I couldn't offhand see how to get the Japanese games on the console (now I see the little icon in the corner that does that) so I thought maybe changing the console language to Japanese does it. Now, I CANT FREAKING FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE IT BACK. I went in what I remember to be settings and clicked every option (which of course are all in Japanese) multiple times, no language menu seems to come up.

Oh and I tried turning it off and back on, nope. Stays in Japanese.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF this is frustrating. Any help?
