Way to get rid of shimmering effect?

I have a NES Classic with Hakchi, and was wondering: are there any options in Hakchi that could help reduce shimmering in games played in 4:3?
The only solution I've found is playing in pixel perfect mode when recording, but using OBS to stretch or crop it so it looks like it's 4:3, which reduces the issue. Still not super happy with it though since it doesn't look quite right.
