TurboGrafx Mini and the Japanese Games

Really enjoying my TGMini, but sadly I dont speak a word of Japanese so games like Snatcher are a bit lost on me. I was hoping that some of the games would have been localized but that is a bit much to ask for a mini console and a big bundle of games.
How many of the games on the TGMini have english translations and can we hope that when the TGMini is finally modded we can install the translated versions on them?
