My TurboGrafx-16 Mini arrived yesterday. On the whole, I'm delighted. But I'm curious as to the design of the d-pad on the controller. It's oddly imprecise and I'm having difficulty not hitting unwanted diagonals accidentally. It feels almost more like a joystick hat switch than a normal controller d-pad. It doesn't feel broken, understand -- more like just an odd design. Were the original TurboPads like this? If so, I'm inclined to chalk it up as a quirk of the original hardware and roll with it.
