3DS XL Upper screen flickering 3D

I've bought it about 4 months ago from a friends boyfriend, in perfect state. Been using a lot since then. Suddenly, the 3D effect has gone crazy. It's like if it's always turned on, even if it's not, and ir doesn't focus right, just flickers. I've been able to play on 2D normally by disabling de 3D function via parental control, but I don't want to lose the 3D function forever. I've searched it on google and haven't found this problem in any forums or anywhere. Did anybody here ever experienced such issue? Can anybody help me?
