Looking for Help

I created this fun project called the, Tecmo Corona League. It involves a mock league from the NES game, Tecmo Baseball. I don't think it's part of the 'NES Classic' model, but I'm looking for someone to help me change a few things in the game. I don't really have the time to try and learn this by myself, and would love for someone to help me figure it out, or maybe just do it themselves.
I'm looking to add two or more teams, plus modify a few other aspects, i.e. to make the AI change the pitcher when his arm is tired.
From my limited programming knowledge, I believe this would be some simple tweaks for someone who is familiar with hacking roms.
These improvements won't be implemented until season two, and this season won't end until the first week of June, so there is plenty of time. I'm just hoping some of you are as bored as I am, when not doing work. Anyways, thank you for your time....[[|:-)
