Turbographx CD power supply

[Released: 1988] The CD-ROM² is an add-on attachment that allows the core versions of the console to play PC Engine games in CD-ROM format in addition to standard HuCards. This made the PC Engine the first video game console to use CD-ROMs as a storage media.

Turbographx CD power supply

Post by /turboG16 »

So I recently purchased a TurboGraphx 16 with the CD unit dock (I'm bought a CD unit seperately). I'm happy because I have wanted one for years. I am not sure if it works because I have no games. I don't have the power supply for the console or tree CD unit. Is there any AC adapters I can find for the CD unit? I'm struggling ti find one anywhere that works.
Also if I boot the system with just the CD card in it without the CD dock attached, should I see anything on the screen? I just see static (I was using the genesis AC adapter).
