Is there anyway I can link my two Nintendo accounts together?

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

I lost my original Nintendo 3DS on a train in 2017 and got a new 2DS Xl a few month after, on my old 3DS my account had a lot of games but I could not sign in at the time as I didn’t know how to unlink NNID using customer service hotlines, now that I have done that I already have a new account with new games on it, is there anyway I can link these two together?
Any help is appreciated, thanks :)
