[Released: 2012] The WiiU is the first Nintendo console to support high-definition graphics and a controller which features an embedded touchscreen. Talk about the system which is backward compatible with Wii.

Dragon Quest XI S: Definitive Edition Gallops Onto Nintendo Switch This September

The luminary rides again.
At Square Enix Live yesterday, Dragon Quest fans were presented with a brief trailer reinforcing the fact Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition was coming to the Switch this Fall. It was at this moment there was a collective sigh, with everyone assuming there wouldn't be a release date reveal anytime soon.
Fortunately, Nintendo's E3 2019 Direct presentation pulled through in the end. Shortly after Dragon Quest's 'The Hero' was unveiled as one of the DLC fighters coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, we received the smashing news Dragon Quest XI S would finally arrive on the Switch this September. Yep, after waiting many years for its arrival, it appears we'll finally get our hands on this epic role-playing title on 27th September.
