Playing American HuCard games on a PC-Engine Duo-R/RX

So we all know there are mods and passthrough kits for playing PC-Engine games on TurboGrafx, but is there a way to play American HuCard games on a Japanese system (mainly PC-Engine Duo-R/RX) there's a couple RPGs on HuCard I'd like to play (Neutopia, Military Madness, etc.) And I'm kinda worried about the language barrier. Anyone know any good mods or passthrough kits for when I do get the system?
