Monster Madness: Grave Danger costume unlocks?

[Released: 2006] The PS3 was the first console to use Blu-ray Disc as its primary storage medium. In September 2009 the updated PlayStation 3 Slim, was released. A further refined Super Slim design was also released.

Monster Madness: Grave Danger costume unlocks?

Anyone know how to unlock the last costumes for Carrie, Jennifer and Andy? I beat all the mini-games with a C or better and unlocked all the other costumes, now I just need those three. Are they difficulty related?
