Settings should be ---
Aspect Ratio - Custom
X Pos - 201
Y Pos - 77
Custom Width - 878
Custom Height - 570
Interger Scaling - OFF
Save it only for GBA core.
You will have black bars on top and bottom but it fits the overlay box and circles aren't squished.
