Difference in Core Grafx and Core Grafx II

I am interested in getting a PC engine and have been trying to figure out if there is an significant difference between the core grafx and core grafx II. I know the colors are different, but that's the extent to what I could find. Anybody have pros/cons to each or a justification to which one is the better system?
