My initial D8 card reader stopped working after a game yesterday, I inserted my card and it read it no problems, played a game and then went to exit and waited for my card to eject, then an error 5101 came up.
Checked the test menu and it says the card reader status is "not found"
Does anyone have any ideas on what to look at in terms of troubleshooting the issue, I checked all the connections and can't see anything unplugged, power is still going to the card reader.
Any ideas?
