The problem I have is that it frequently freezes/crashes whenever I go to start a game (physical and digital download), when downloading apps and games (only tried downloading demos at this point) via the PlayStation Store, and occasionally freezes just on the home menu screen. All of these require me to hold down the power button until it powers off. I’ve not seen any yellow light yet. I’ve tried a factory reset but it made no difference. There’s also a strange flicker to the screen sometimes, as if a piece of the screen was missing.
Does anyone have any advice or experience with such faults, or know what the issue could be?
