3DS XL won't connect to wifi anymore

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

3DS XL won't connect to wifi anymore

So I've never had troubles with my wifi on my 3DS but recently it just stopped working and I've tried everything to fix it but nothing works, I never dropped it before or anything like that. But I kept getting the error code 003-2103, I even checked my router and everythings working with that so I honestly don't know what to do.
any help is appreciated!
