Toshiba 29 tube with MS8 chassis compatibility issue

Hello everyone, I have a monitor issue and I hoping to find some help here. So I sold my big red and got a super neo 29. I spent some time restoring it. I put the monitor back it and I tried to adjust the settings to get a good picture but no matter what I do ( focus and all) the picture is not sharp and I can get it give the proper image. After talking to couple of people. It seems I have the following issue
My tube is a toshiba A68KJU96X01 4D
My chassis it a nanao MS8 26A the model number is 5A0018581. So apparently those parts are not compatible and that why I’m able to get a good image. I have never worked on a CRT and I dont have the skills for that. So my question are
1 can anyone confirm the diagnosis? (Incompatibility of parts)
2 what is my best option to solve the pb
3 anyone working on monitor that may be local or in central California close to san jose who can help me.
