GBC Rom won't open

I've installed a rom of Pokémon Crystal Clear on my SNES and for some reason it won't load. I've installed 2 different GBC cores to see if this was the problem. I know the rom is not corrupted because it works perfectly on an emulator on my computer. Any thoughts on how to get this to work?
