PicoPSU?

I've heard that the dreampsu has its issues and mixed views on whether it's an up or downgrade from the stock, but can't find anyone talking in any depth about the PicoPSU and if it has the same sort of problems. Anyone have any views or articles/blogs, opinions to share?
