The previous owner got tired of seeing it collect dust, and just wanted it all gone. I'm not sure how much of that Rock Band stuff will be useable, but that's fine. There's a shotgun zapper and an unopened LAN adapter and Turtle Beach headset, so I'm very satisfied. It had some bad blocks, but it works great!
