Remote management of kiosks

Hi all, we created a project using raspberry pi5s running a custom python program in kiosk mode. But now management wants us to put them into the wild and trying to figure out a platform or service that allows us to manage the fleet of Pis, connect to them through ssh (maybe vnc too), check telemetry and do software updates up to full OTA updates?

I checked out Balena but it seems to require their OS that is made more for dockers but at the moment we’re using the latest raspberry piOS with the lite desktop environment.

What are people’s go-to lately with this?
