Namco Quick & Crash -- any other owners?

It's hard to find support for this game!

I have a Japanese version, which works fairly well. It has two small issues that I'd like to get help with though.

- The front glass is missing, and I am not sure of the dimensions for replacement.

- The sensors are not 100% responsive to hits until the game has warmed up. You have to shoot, not just let the game idle. It usually takes about 4 games before it works correctly.

On top of that I'd like to learn any thing I can about maintenance...
