What do I need to get started for using neural networks in RPI5?

What do I need to get started for using neural networks in RPI5?

I just bought everything I needed to get started with the RPI5 but I need to use the device to run neural network models and other machine learning stuff. I am using python and tensor flow in my windows laptop but I just found out I need a TPU for these kind of things. I tried looking for guides online but none of them really helped me. I would like to ask for help on this!
