New Wii U Themes with a new setup to make your own!

I felt like it would be cool to make a thread about the topic so i'm making one lol

I wanted to expand the Wii U custom theme scene just like in the 3ds community so i made a setup that makes it easier to edit your Wii U background theme!

I called it "minimalist setup" I feel like this setup will make it easier for people to customize their Wii U theme and create new ones to share with the community
