Help - Tutankham collision detection and video issue

[KLOV]

I have a tut up on bench tonight.
2 bad EPROMs. 1 bad 4116.

now I'm getting collision detection provlem (dude can walk through walls and so do some of the enemies).
and I'm getting striping sporadically on some sprites.

multi colors running up what should be white font (high score area) and other writing is jacked up also.
any thoughts would be appreciated.

I checked all roms but do plan on burning a fresh set just in case. My topmax was saying some bad connections but all still passed...
