Announcing the vstcm Colour Vector generator

Hi everyone. I've decided to publish my latest project on Github today: I've called it the "vstcm" for v.st Colour Mod. It's a development of the b&w v.st vector generator board, which can play games on a vector monitor when connected to a Raspberry Pi running MAME, but with some new features:

- RGB colour with different intensity levels
- a menu to change parameters
- programmable control buttons
- extra pots to control X & Y position
- several power source options, either USB, or...
