Centipede Repair Tips Needed

Hello,

I have an original centipede arcade cab that was working fine, prior to moving it to a new home. Now it's not working.

This is what I observed/tested: Game powers up, both player buttons stay lit, game won't coin up, play, has no sound or go into test mode when the test switch is activated. The screen has vertical "waves" of white light that move through the screen from left to right (see video clip below).
