Wells Gardner U5000 - "Jumpy" picture

Hey guys,

I've got a Wells Gardner U5000 chassis that I'm having a minor issue with. I recently took this monitor out of storage to check it out as I knew it previously had some minor issues. I noted that the screen was a bit dim and had a slightly jumpy picture. By that I mean the picture would be stable and then maybe every 15 to 30 seconds it would just quickly "jump" vertically.
