I'm currently facing an issue attempting to sign in to my PS3 account after an extended hiatus of approximately four years. Upon my return, the playstation website indicates that the login is invalid, despite my thorough verification that the password is correct. Additionally, the associated email with the account is inactive. I also encountered the same problem when attempting to log into another old account. I want to clarify that I have not been hacked, and none of my emails or passwords have been compromised. Even if they were, the password cannot be changed without the birthdate, providing an added layer of security. This account holds significant importance to me, and any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
