K4900 c702 capacitor keeps bulging throwing off voltages

Hi guys. I'm working on a k4900. It was an unknown condition when I got it so I gave it a full cap kit and reflowed all the usual areas such as the 130 volt rail and the vertical transistors and checked the the usual suspects such as r313 and r363 and r355 and r311 and made sure they were in spec and then I reflowed all those jumpers and had good continuity in the 130 rail. The chassis worked great and was running for a couple hours and then I got a very high contrasted and bright picture...
