I bought this 2001a model back in 2009/10 but I barely ever played it. I was deep in the Xbox world and PC gaming at the time and I got this simply because I loved ps2 but I'm the end I barely used it. My brother played it a bit but I didn't play much. It sat in the entertainment center for years, unfortunately the piano black got scratched up and I eventually boxed it up and it sat for maybe 6 or 7 years. I only bought maybe 3 or 4 games for it.
I'm going through a retro spell as I pulled out my ps2 to replay old favorites and I hooked up the ps3 to my computer to try The Last Of Us for the first time (bought on eBay).
I'm excited to finally give my PS3 a fair shot after 14 years. Had to get a new eBay controller. My old one is lost.
